The most economical power system would be a direct drive 280 size motor. For greater performance use a GWS IPS-DX-1XCS (Maxx Products EPU-4) with 2S1P 500 - 750 mAh Li-Po, and a 9" diameter prop or HiMaxx HC2208-1260.
